Wallace Glausi

His role includes legal and tax analysis, clean energy credit and business analysis, loan documentation, and maintaining relationships with take-out lenders and prospective project purchasers.
Glausi counsels emerging growth companies and investment funds on issues related to formation, financing, growth, portfolio investments, and liquidity. He provides strategic counsel on positioning, business model and revenue generation issues, and tax planning.
He has represented developers, borrowers, investors, and lenders on more than five dozen tax credit syndications and finance transactions, including low-income housing and energy projects. Glausi also represents companies on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, complex strategic and venture financings, stock/equity incentive plans, and real estate matters.
In his legal practice with Ater Wynne LLP, Glausi has represented numerous energy related companies, including two 50mm GPY biodiesel producers; concentrated solar technology companies; power developers (solar and wind); two ethanol companies; solar installation broker; two companies developing bio-fuel technology; an electric motorcycle company; an electric car company; a company taking dairy waste/methane and making electricity; and others in the energy, clean energy, clean tech, waste recovery, and environmental space.
Glausi earned a JD from the University of Oregon, and an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown. He has extensive graduate studies in development economics.

He is a leader in the solar industry and works closely with trade groups, investors, strategic partners, and management to accelerate the clean power revolution. Alex brings 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive manager with proven success in identifying, building and managing technology-based businesses with investment-grade systems in the commercial building industry.
Prior to joining SPP, Alex served in both domestic and international (EU) management and executive sales and marketing capacities at Thyssen-Krupp, DOVER Corporation, DORMA, and Friendlyway. He is a business graduate from the University of San Francisco and is a member of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI), US Green Building Council, the American Council on Renewable Energy and the Solar Alliance.
