Getting Started
To expedite your loan request, please submit a short executive summary addressing the following:
- Loan Amount
- Loan Purpose
- Construction only, long term only, or construction and long-term financing?
- How do you plan to repay us?
- Explain who will repay us (Utility, Consumer, Take Out Lender, Tax Equity Investor, Other).
- Describe our collateral (Equipment, lease, sale agreement, etc).
- Describe your management team: experience, financial capacity, credit, and financial history.
- Tell us about the structure of the deal (lease, direct sale, ppa, etc.).
- In addition to your marketing and processing capacity, what are you contributing to the deal? (Cash, equity, tax equity)
- Tell us about the responsible contractor (Name, experience, financial capacity, credit, bond and insurance limits)
- Tell us about any additional financing you intend to use in this project (Panel Provider, Contractor, Consumer, etc.)
